While our hormone treatment plans follow a common schedule, we strive to design a plan within that model specifically to your needs. Please see the treatment plan for hormone therapy outlined below.

If you are seeking treatment for conditions such as thyroid, HCG diet, or health maintenance care, these visits are designed by your provider on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us with specific questions you may have about any of our additional services also listed below.

Our individualized hormone treatment plans include a comprehensive health assessment by your provider. We review your allergies, vital signs, current medications, and listen to your health-related concerns.

Our recommendations as treatment progresses may include:

  • Diet and lifestyle modifications

  • Bio-identical hormone therapy

  • Nutritional supplements

The cost of any prescriptions or supplements will be in addition to the costs outlined in the treatment plan.

Important Information

Please note that we do not file any insurance claims from this office. This includes private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.

By choosing this type of practice, we can individualize and prioritize each patient according to their specific needs and are not bound by insurance guidelines in decision-making.

We do provide a detailed invoice so that you may seek reimbursement from your private insurance company. Please note that Medicare or Medicaid policies do not allow reimbursement for our services.

We do collect your insurance information to send to outside labs for any laboratory services you may require. These labs may accept insurance and file a claim on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee coverage.

Three payment options (for hormone therapy) are available to assist you in making this care affordable. You may decide which option is best for you at your one-hour visit.

Payment Options

Option 1: Pay in Full

Pay in full for the 12-month treatment plan at your one-hour follow-up visit. This includes 4 appointments and two saliva test kits.

  • Cost: $1,589.00

  • Reflects a $176 discount

  • One-year commitment (non-refundable)

Option 2: Pay As You Go

See fees for each visit below:

  • Hourly visit: $450

  • LCMS7 kit: $260

  • LCMS7 + Cortisols: $380

Total estimated cost: $1,765.00

Option 3: Monthly Plan

A monthly payment plan charged automatically to your credit card.

  • $157/month for 12 months

  • Total: $1,889.00

  • Includes processing fees

  • One-year commitment (non-refundable)

Additional Notes:

  • Additional testing may be recommended at extra cost

  • Venipuncture fee: $25 when bloodwork is required

Introductory Visit

Introductory Visit (45 minutes)

  • Full assessment of patient concerns

  • Vital signs and medication history

  • Determine need for lab or saliva testing

Cost: $200

  • $100 due at booking

  • $100 due at appointment

  • Labs or venipuncture are additional if needed

Follow-Up Schedule (Pay-As-You-Go)

First Follow-Up (1 hour)

  • Review lab results and implement treatment

  • Choose payment plan

  • Cost: $450

Second Follow-Up (30 minutes – Month 2)

  • Review treatment progress

  • Cost: $225

  • LCMS7 kit: $260 (completed before next visit)

Third Follow-Up (30 minutes – Month 6)

  • Review LCMS7 results and adjust plan

  • Cost: $225

  • LCMS7 + Cortisols: $380

Fourth Follow-Up (30 minutes – Month 12)

  • Final review and future planning

  • Cost: $225
